Hi, I'm Anna :) I'm 21 and I'm trying to make a lifestyle change towards getting healthy by doing more exercise and eating healthy.
I know how hard it is to know what to cook in the beginning when you've been so used to fatty, carby, low-nutrition food, so I'm treating this tumblr as a scrapbook full of ideas.
To tell you more about my goals, I'm looking at high-protein, low carb and high-veg recipes with 2 cheat meals per week (normally in the weekend). I also try to find lactose-free (because of my boyfriend) and gluten-free (because of my intolerance as an asian, although I can handle it in small amounts) recipes. It doesn't sound like a lot but I'm trying to lose 7 kg, but for someone as little as me, I've always found it super difficult to lose above 2 kg.
